As a Strategic Marketing Project Manager, you’ll focus on brand strategy, portfolio development and promotional excellence, working in a fast-paced, international environment where your insights and skills will shine.

What You’ll Do:
Client Strategy & Promotion:
* Partner with the Business Development team to uncover and execute growth opportunities.
* Promote innovative SHPCF products by understanding client portfolios, brand positioning, and goals.
* Build lasting client relationships, organizing and managing promotional activities like client meetings and tailored presentations.
Product & Portfolio Strategy:
* Define and execute strategic plans for product positioning and portfolio development across SHPCF categories for internal collections.
* Analyze portfolio gaps and lead the creation of market-aligned product solutions.
* Facilitate brainstorming sessions to drive innovation and enhance product strategies.
Market Insights & Trends Forecasting:
* Analyze new product launches in the market, identifying gaps in the portfolio and future-forward innovation ideas.
* Monitor global and regional trends in beauty, fashion, design and social media, to shape innovative strategies for SHPCF.
* Create and coordinate complete trend analysis & opportunities reports.
What You Bring to the Role
Strategic Vision: A deep understanding of product strategy and portfolio development in the beauty industry, especially in SHPCF categories.
Analytical & Results-Driven: Skilled at combining data insights with creative solutions to inform decision-making and achieve goals.
International Mindset: Fluency in English is a must (French is a plus!) and experience working in cross-cultural, fast-paced environments.
Organized & Proactive: Exceptional project management skills, balancing multiple priorities with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
