Role: Onsite IT Technician
We are seeking an experienced professional to provide desktop/end-user support within an enterprise environment, preferably in multinational companies.
You will be directly onsite with our customers, addressing incoming tickets and delivering various services:
* Setting up PC workplaces
* Installation, migration, and rollout of software and hardware
* User administration via Active Directory
* Support for MS Office, Windows, and other software applications
* Asset management and stock handling
* Meeting room and conferencing room support
* Smart hand support for servers and network devices
Your goal is to resolve user issues effectively using a service-oriented approach.
Location: Sesto Fiorentino (Firenze), fully onsite.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of IT experience in end-user support within corporations
* Familiarity with ticketing systems
* Experience with OS, Apps, and H/W installation and troubleshooting
* Proficiency in English and fluent Italian languages
* Excellent time management skills
* Able to build strong relationships
