Production Manager
Responsibilities
1. Conducts leadership tasks, e.g. hiring, performance management, people development including day-to-day coaching, staffing…
2. Coordinates and integrates all manufacturing activities for a production site.
3. Develops strategy for own area of responsibility, e.g. long-term production planning.
4. Optimizes service creation processes in and between the subordinate lines.
5. Ensures/enables application of quality processes.
6. Monitors on-time delivery KPIs.
7. Empowers continuous improvement of workplace and processes.
8. Serves as an escalation point for issues related to the organization's production, machinery, processing and/or packaging operations.
9. Ensures HSE compliance on-site.
10. Budget responsibility and investment planning.
Qualifications
1. Typically academic degree and relevant work experience.
2. Continuous education on up-to-date technical / professional expertise.
