The resource - reporting to the Room Division Manager - is responsible for:
1. Organizing, in collaboration with the assistant colleague, the rearrangement of rooms for each waitress on duty by assigning a service sheet in which the room number, arrival date, and departure date are noted.
2. Work coordination with Hoxell platform support.
3. Checking the cleaning work that has been carried out in the common areas.
4. Checking the linen, the common areas, the rooms, the preparation of the occupied meeting rooms during the day, and the laundry.
5. Supervising the team's work.
6. Coordinating maintenance interventions.
7. Replacing the Housekeeper on her day off.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Hotel diploma or specific course in housekeeping.
2. At least 3 years' experience gained in the role in 5* hotel contexts and/or Relais & Chateaux.
3. Fluent knowledge of Italian and English; knowledge of another foreign language is appreciated.
4. Strong relational, empathetic, and guest-oriented skills; predisposition to manage and resolve problems immediately; team working.
Placement expected from March 2025, with seasonal contract and the possibility of conversion to permanent contract for the Season 2026.
