Amazon’s FinOps Training & Development team is looking for a training and communication specialist to support the training and communication needs of FinOps employees. The role involves developing, conducting, and program managing effective training programs, along with employee engagement initiatives, to enhance employee competencies.
The person will indirectly contribute to improving workplace performance aligned with the company’s core values to meet organizational goals.
Key Job Responsibilities
* Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and continuously assess employee training requirements.
* Design, develop, and deliver learning solutions addressing communication and behavioral learning needs of FinOps employees and front-line managers.
* Design and implement communication skills modules (English language, behavioral, grammar, soft skills) for new hires and existing staff across Voice and Non-Voice mediums.
* Deliver hybrid training sessions (instructor-led and virtual) and explore innovative training methods for Millennial and Gen Z learners.
* Maintain and track the Learning & Development curriculum in the Learning Management System.
* Evaluate training effectiveness via assessments, surveys, and feedback, and implement continuous improvements.
* Manage specialized training programs for larger audiences.
* Coordinate with training vendors to develop and deliver training solutions.
* Create internal communication materials for FinOps India and global teams.
* Develop and manage employee engagement programs and events from end to end.
Basic Qualifications
* Graduate with 10+ years of overall experience, including 6+ years relevant to designing and delivering communication, V&A, and soft skills training, with cultural awareness.
* Experience in developing and deploying communication and behavioral training modules.
* Experience in program management of training programs and events.
* Proficiency in creating and editing internal communication drafts.
* Strong program management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
* Stakeholder management experience across various organizational levels.
* TTT (Train the Trainer) certification.
* Experience working with global clients.
