Our client, a multinational industrial company, is looking for a Plant Quality Manager to ensure product compliance with customer requirements and regulations while driving continuous improvement in quality processes.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure customer satisfaction
* Lead the Quality Department, overseeing training, team collaboration, and process improvements.
* Develop and maintain quality systems and ensure compliance with regulations.
* Monitor and report KPIs and manage the department budget.
* Oversee quality audits (process, product, system, customer) and coordinate corrective actions.
* Investigate and resolve customer complaints, tracking quality-related costs.
* Collaborate with the Division Quality Department to align standards and improvements.
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
* 10+ years of experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
* Experience in audits, process optimization, and project management.
* Leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
* Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
* Certifications in ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), or Lean Management are a plus.
