End of 2024, Novo Nordisk acquired the manufacturing site Catalent Anagni S.r.l. with the ambition to expand our capacity to meet the needs of millions of patients. You will be part of a global team that will develop the pharma facilities of the future and work with advanced technology to rethink our fill & finish facilities.
The Position
As our Senior Project Manager, you’d be responsible for the implementation of a group of production lines in the Finished Production (FP) module for our Fill and Finish Expansion (FFEX) project. It is a role where you will have a unique opportunity to use your skillset and be in charge of:
* Dedicated FFEX FP projects - engage with subject matter experts and international stakeholders, as well as harvest the inherent experiences of the company and combine the input with state-of-the-art technologies.
* Project management and project execution – which encompasses e.g. providing clear goals and purpose for the work package and the project team members, creating and developing the project plan, and more.
* Quality and compliance - Managing equipment through Science and risk based validation (SRV) throughout the project phases according to the standards and ensuring that the team follows current SOP’s for all processes.
It is a full-time position with on-site presence required. Moreover, some travel or on-line work activity across world time zones must be expected. We are looking for multiple project manager roles, both senior and junior level.
Qualifications
We are searching for skilled Project Managers who are able to work with a high degree of independence and who have a flair for leadership, as the role requires a high degree of authority and decision making to ensure progress and a sound knowledge of when issues and deviations need to be pro-actively elevated within project management.
Moreover, we expect our candidates to meet the following qualifications:
* Degree, preferably in engineering, business or project management.
* cGMP training.
* Strong project management experience, preferably with experience within the specific area.
* A few years of leadership experience.
* Experience in manufacturing, preferably from a highly regulated industry.
* Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
It is important that you have mastered both hands-on and theoretical troubleshooting.
About the Department
You will be part of the FFEX FP based in Anagni, Italy. Our project is part of a global initiative with sister projects in Denmark, France, and the USA. You will be working on-site in Anagni, interacting with other Project Managers and collaborating across world time zones. The atmosphere is dynamic and collaborative, with a strong focus on innovation and excellence.
