Responsibilities
* Research and analysis of market and socio-economic data
* Evaluation of real estate portfolios and individual residential assets
* Identify the best strategy for the enhancement/management of heterogeneous real estate portfolios with focus on the Living sector (residential for sale, rent, student housing, senior housing, co-living)
* Key market parameters analysis (values, yields, absorption times, etc.)
* Business Plan / DCFs and analysis of real estate investments in terms of yield, economic returns, and risk profile
Requirements
* Degree in Construction Engineering/Construction Management or Economics. Any post-graduate Master in Real Estate Management is a plus
* +2 years of previous experience in a similar role in prime Real Estate companies or in leading consulting firms
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Good time-management skills and flexibility
* Excellent analytical skills, proactive approach, and team-work attitude
* Compliant with the 'categorie protette: articolo 18 legge 68/99'
