Main Responsibilities
* Support HR digitization projects by assisting in the implementation of projects aimed at digitizing HR processes with a focus on Training & Development topics.
* Participate in the design of training courses, contributing to analysis, ideation, and structuring of content.
* Create and deliver training materials, supporting preparation and updating of materials and content for both in-person and online sessions; Deliver training sessions.
* Collaborate in the management of organizational development projects.
* Support HR data and systems management, including entry, updating, and maintenance of data on HRMS platforms and company management systems.
Requirements
* Excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken) - a telephone check will be conducted. Any other language is a plus.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent organizational and planning skills.
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Time management skills.
* Public speaking skills.
