Digital Marketing SpecialistThe role will be a core part of our local marketing community and will help to set the tone for greater alignment and consistency across our global marketing teams.Role PurposeThis role supports the execution of the integrated marketing plan for the Italian market. The Specialist will contribute to the implementation of digital marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with local objectives. Working as part of the wider Digital team, he/she will collaborate by sharing insights, best practices, and feedback to continuously improve performance.Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce Optimization: Assist in the localization of digital marketing activities to maximize performance (e.g., Email Marketing).Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new and creative growth strategies, including improvements to onsite features and optimizations of existing ones, in collaboration with relevant teams.Collaborate with internal teams to assist in creating landing pages and optimizing the user experience.Digital Marketing Execution: Collaborate with Group Performance Marketing to ensure that all elements of the local digital performance marketing plan are executed effectively and aligned with the Marketing Plan.Provide local market insights to inform digital marketing strategies for Display, Paid, Affiliate, SEO, and onsite trading activities.Performance Analysis Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assessing results against ROI and KPIs.Utilize analytical skills to help evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.Collaboration Communication: Act as a liaison between local market and the Digital team, ensuring effective communication and knowledge-sharing.Work with agencies and vendor partners as needed to execute campaigns and initiatives.Market Research Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.How I make a difference in this roleThe Digital Marketing Specialist is a key member that connects local and global departments. This role blends a high digital marketing know-how with hands-on execution, requiring a candidate with who collaborates effectively across departments and with external partners.Essential Skills Experience3-5 years of experience, worked in a multi-national matrix organization marketing community (B2B experience is preferred)Hands-on experience in digital marketing, managing SEO, paid media, social media, and display marketing activitiesExperience in Website and UX experience, landing pages and user funnelsExperience with A/B and multivariate experiments on website and email marketingWorked with external agenciesAbility to create insight from multiple data sources to articulate marketing performance and opportunitiesStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinking (Adobe Analytics experience is preferred)Understanding of the full marketing mix but likely to lead digital areasCross functional team leadershipOutstanding communication skills
