We're looking for an experienced Sales Senior Manager, who will report to Vodafone Automotive Head of Sales & Marketing.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
Deliver yearly global Aftermarket revenue and TCV made with our subsidiaries (UK, France) and our National Partners network (distributors and NSP’s in around 40 countries);
Deliver our AM strategy for connected and non-connected product;
Manage theentire AM sales team ;
Understand the dynamics of after factory and service providers sales and develop sales strategies for each market;
Position our market leading After Market proposition in all countries (product & services);
Enable newmarkets or new channels with our current product portfolio :
APAC, Americas and Africa;
Manage high level customer relationship at all levels;
Collaborate with other Vodafone business entities to ensure successful implementation of our products;
Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Product, Marketing;
Create pipeline and maximize revenue opportunities.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
Minimum 5 to 10 years of sales management in the automotive environment industry (AM, P&A IAM and OES);
Strong management team capabilities ;
Understand automotive safety & security local markets;
High level communication and negotiation skills – externally and internally.
Work Location
Vizzola Ticino (VA) or Varese (VA) office, hybrid working ;
Availability to travel 30% of time (international travels included).
Must have technical / professional qualifications
Degree qualified;
IT knowledge:
Windows, MS Office, Salesforce;
Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages would be consider a plus)
