We are looking for an HR & Union Relations Manager with experience in a manufacturing companies and solid expertise in union relations management.In order to support the Italian plants results achievement and improvement, he/she will provide leadership and support the management in developing the plant organization while guaranteeing consistency with legislation and with the company processes.In coordination with the HR team, he/she will help to implement all the human resources processes in line with Comer Industries policies and programs.He/she has a bold experience with key HR processes to:Support and drive the management of the union relations;Contribute to the effective management of Labor Relations, providing updates, facilitating the communication process through the organization on specific topicsSupport the Plant Management in developing the entrusted functions and people, acting as reference point for HR processes (e.g.
Performance Appraisal, Compensation, disciplinary actions, job rotation, etc.
);Monitoring and granting the proper implementation of labour regulations, guidelines and company policies;Collaborating with each organizational unit in the Budget analysis and cost control, granting the respect of established guidelines;Assuring the proper implementation and respect of planned activities and approved budgets.Requirements:Economics/law degree + master's degree in Human Resources Management (preferred);5/7 years of experience in HR in an industrial environment;Passion and a strong interest in working within an industrial framework together with dealing with grievances, HR issues and Unions;Experience in management plants staff;Good English knowledge;Advanced use of Office suite and strong attitude for IT systems;Sound knowledge on the Italian labor lawGood knowledge on the Lean Manufacturing methodology, a WCM knowledge is a plusWillingness to travel in Italy and abroad;Workplace: Reggiolo (RE)
