We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist for our client, a leading Chinese multinational company in the technology and telecommunications sectors, based in Milan.
About the Role
As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the movement of goods from manufacturers and suppliers to customers. You will oversee and manage every stage of the production flow, from purchasing raw materials to delivering the final product. You will ensure the right amount of product is produced at the right time and coordinate product storage. This role involves forecasting trends, managing inventories, and organizing the movement of goods from distribution centers to customers and stores.
Responsibilities
Control manufacturing and delivery processes.
Plan and implement logistical strategies, ensuring targets are met.
Oversee product storage, handling, and distribution.
Use computer software to track goods from origin to delivery.
Work on forecasts and inventories, keeping accurate records of processes and analyzing performance.
Manage costs while maintaining quality.
Ensure awareness of all activities throughout the supply chain.
Improve overall supply chain performance and seek potential process innovations.
Consider the environmental impact of the supply chain to meet sustainability targets.
Qualifications
Fluency in English and Chinese.

Pay range and compensation package
