Job Offer:
We are seeking a Administrative Assistant for our commercial office.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
* Receiving and forwarding phone calls;
* Scheduling meetings and managing the conference room calendar;
* Organizing and setting up meetings and events;
* Providing administrative support, including invoicing and record-keeping;
* Assisting professionals with transcription tasks, including dictation;
* Scanning and preparing documents in both paper and digital formats;
* Entering files and data into the system;
* Archiving documentation and files electronically and on paper;
* Managing and archiving emails and certified emails;
* Coordinating shipments and deliveries via mail or courier services;
Working Conditions:
This is a temporary full-time contract, Monday to Friday.
