POSITION OVERVIEW
For our Italian branch in Carpi (Modena), we are searching for a Sales Representative dedicated for the North of Italy.
The Sales Representative independently carries out all the commercial, organizational and administrative activities that lead to sales. Customer acquisition on the product range of Hyva is also part of this job. This role will be a key part of the commercial team that manages channel development and growth across the North Italy region. Delivering greater market share through our key partners is a key contributor to the success of HYVA Group.
Main Responsibilities
* Sales Strategy: Define and implement the sales strategy for your area, overseeing the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to successfully closing deals.
* Revenue Growth: Secure and grow revenue within a select group of key distributors.
* Channel Management: Effectively manage channels to increase Hyva’s market share within coding and marking in key distributors.
* KPI Tracking: Lead tracking and reporting of business KPIs in all submitted territories.
* Lead Generation: Generate leads and proactive sales by executing promotional and networking events and activities.
* Travel: Travel from 50% to 75% of the time to meet clients and partners.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
* Language Skills: Native Italian speaker with a good level of English.
* Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a similar position working for international aftermarket suppliers, automotive, industrial, or agriculture distributors as an account manager or in product management.
* Technical Background: Strong understanding of the regional and national automotive aftermarket, products, trends, and customer needs.
* Skills: Analytical mindset, strong organizational and project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, creative and problem-solving mindset, excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills (minimum 3 years).
