As Field Service Engineer, you will execute the BH Valves service jobs in the assigned country and you will be responsible to achieve the assigned goals, following the instructions and guidance, ensuring quality and compliance with all EHS policies.
As a Field Service Engineer you will be responsible for:
* Executing complex service jobs achieving scheduled completion and ensuring required quality levels.
* Providing detailed technical direction and assistance to the customer in the operation, maintenance, repair, logistic support, and installation of BH Valves products.
* Providing on-site interpretation of data and technical instruction (troubleshooting).
* Preparing detailed technical reports of issues, carried out activities, final handover.
* Analyzing and interpreting drawings, marking up and modifying relevant documentation as per the carried out repair activities.
* Making recommendations on findings.
* Keeping up to date with all aspects of Control Valves and Safety Relief Valves.
* Compliance with all EHS policies and company procedures.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
* Have a Bachelor Degree or technical diploma.
* Be a hands-on technician with extensive experience in industrial instrumentation and maintenance.
* Have in-depth knowledge of control and safety valves and their elements and mechanical parts.
* Be able to dismantle and reassemble all types of valves and relevant accessories.
* Have knowledge of valves testing tools & equipment, able to utilize any valves test workbenches.
* Have knowledge of digital positioners (Hart and Fieldbus).
* Have willingness and ability to travel all over the assigned territory, with flexibility to work in emergency overtime and during non-working days.
* Have a minimum of 2 years of experience on control and safety valves (mechanical and instrumentation) or 4 years of experience in the sector of instrumentation and industrial maintenance.
* Have experience with a control valve and/or safety valve Manufacturer.
* Possess EHS Training Certificates and Safety Qualifications as required by the assigned country local rules.
* Have basic English language skills both written and verbal.
