Job Description
* Responsible for daily administration, meeting and greeting guests, handling queries and complaints, and booking rooms for visitors.
* Maintain high standards of customer service at the Reception desk to consistently exceed customers’ expectations.
* Motivate and develop the Reception team to ensure smooth functioning of the department and promote teamwork.
* Report any matters affecting the interests of the hotel to the Management.
* Provide effective support to the team to enable them to deliver efficient services.
* Respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Hotel Management Graduates / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Additional Information
Minimum of 0-1 years of experience or freshers.
