As iVis’ Business Development & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy, identifying key market trends, and leveraging digital tools to enhance brand visibility and commercial engagement.
Skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with iVis’ commercial objectives;
* Select and analyze key market trends and competitive positioning to optimize business opportunities;
* Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing success and present insights to the board;
* Organize and conduct marketing campaigns and sales presentations via digital platforms, email marketing, and events, including international congresses;
* Utilize social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) to enhance iVis’ brand visibility and engage with industry professionals;
* Manage website content, SEO, and digital advertising campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness;
* Generate and qualify business development leads, stimulating interest in the iVis Suite by effectively communicating its technological advantages over competitors;
* Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), distributors, and clients to drive business growth;
* Participate in sales and marketing strategy meetings, providing insights on customer engagement, campaign performance, and market opportunities;
* Prepare and present market analysis reports, leveraging data-driven insights to guide business decisions;
* Monitor and assess customer behavior and feedback to refine marketing strategies;
* Utilize CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights) to track performance and improve conversion rates;
* Collaborate with R&D, clinical, and regulatory teams to ensure commercial messaging aligns with product development and industry standards;
* Coordinate with international distributors and partners to implement localized marketing strategies while ensuring brand consistency;
* Manage the content creation, SEO, and digital marketing initiatives;
* Assist in the development and maintenance of reports on marketing and sales activities ;
* Other projects and duties as assigned.
This role requires a candidate with a strong strategic mindset, excellent market analysis capabilities, and hands-on digital marketing expertise .
The contract and salary terms will be determined based on the skills, competences and experience of the candidate.
