We are seeking an HR Analytics – Compensation Benefit Specialist. Role objective: To manage the CB function within the HR department by supporting the implementation and management of CB programs functional to the achievement of short and long-term business objectives. Support in the development and implementation of the HRIS specifically designed to obtain, record and process employee information ensuring effective data analysis. Main responsibilities: · CB HR policy development: Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to compensation and analytics ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations; · Compensation strategy: design together with CompBen Manager, implement and manage compensation programs, including salary structures, fixed and variable – short and long term, – incentive plans and benefits packages. Ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements; · Internal/External Benchmarking: Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking studies to ensure that the company#39;s compensation packages remain competitive. Provide recommendations based on market trends and internal data; · Data analytics and reporting: collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights into workforce trends, employee performance, and compensation metrics. Develop and manage HR dashboards and reports; · HR metrics: Support in defining, implementing, and tracking key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee absenteeism, and other KPIs, using these metrics to identify areas for improvement and support strategic HR initiatives; · Support the Management in the preparation of presentations and appropriate documentation for committees, boards and internal stakeholders, in Italian and English. Hard Skills and Soft Skills required: · Qualification/area of specialization: Master#39;s degree in economics, labor consultancy, management engineering, statistics or similar; · Minimum level of work experience required: 3 – 4 years in similar roles in companies advanced in the subjects in question; · Excellent knowledge of the English language at a written and spoken level; · Analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., PowerBI, Excel, HCM systems); · In-depth knowledge of compensation practices, market analysis, and regulatory requirements.. Excellent communication skills; · Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects at once; · Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations (preferably specific to the chemical-pharmaceutical CCNL); · Collaborate closely with Comp Ben Managers, HR Business Partners, Payroll Managers, Finance and other stakeholders to align compensation strategies with business goals.
