Primary Function:
He/She supports the achievement of the ES goals into the Plant working closely with the ES Manager and with all the people operating into the Plant.
He/she supports the implementation of integrated environmental and health/safety systems, with the ultimate goal of improving the overall efficiency of the organization.Essential Responsabilities:
•He/she supports the corporate structure to implement the measures to reduce the risks for safety and health;
•He/she supports the ES Manager to manage the safety protocols OHSAS 18001 and UNI 14001;
•He/she checks the correct application of health measurements and ensures the alignment with the indication provided by the Company doctor;
•He/she executes inspections/audits for assessing the proper application of safety standards;
•He/she supports the ES manager for the assessment in order to evaluate the adequacy of the new equipment and machinery;
•He/she support the ES Manager to maintain and update emergency plans and procedures;
•He/she support the ES Manager to prepare the Assessment Risk Document and manage its updating and proper circulation;
•He/she manages KPI and analysis relating to accidents, occupational diseases, and sustainability;
•He/she manages safety trainings and education programs.Education:
•Degree in Managing Engineering, Environmental engineering or equivalent;
•Training courses for RSPP, according to the State-Regions Agreements of 14thFebruary 2006 and 7th July 2016 (Module A and B).Background:
•Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures and roles;
•Knowledge of Safety legislation and practices;
