A day in the life Extensive travel, up to 50%; Effectively managing the Road to Launch process, which ultimately allows for a building hand-off that passes operational readiness testing and sets the operations team up for success; Managing day-to-day relationships with multiple Fulfillment Centers (FCs), Sort Centers (SCs), and Delivery Stations (AMZL); Coordinating GES and Operations stakeholders to exceed Amazon standards for the launch of new sites or expansions of existing buildings in order to achieve operational success; Deep diving existing processes to identify defects or opportunities for process improvements; Compiling, managing, and reporting on weekly project metrics; Driving multiple projects to optimize, standardize, and/or improve processes within and outside of launch. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience driving process improvements; Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field; Advanced Spanish.
