Dolce&Gabbana is seeking a skilled Global Merchandising and GWP Initiatives Specialist to join its Beauty Division in Milan.
The Global Merchandising and GWP Initiatives Specialist takes responsibility for the entire portfolio of Merchandising, Collaterals and GWP projects by coordinating the activities of the multi-functional team (Global Merchandising;
Global Marketing;
Sourcing;
Development;
Planning;
Go to Market;
Finance;
External Business Partners), starting from initial brief until the stock is available at the DC.
The Global Merchandising and GWP Initiatives Specialist:
Is responsible to ensure the initiative governance through all the phases of the project CPS (Critical Path Schedule) based on the Standard Operating Model
Leads the team to work collaboratively and supervises the overall technical and financial readiness
Conducts reviews with the multi-functional to ensure the proper flow of actions
Ensures that risks and issues are pro-actively identified and intervenes to change priorities and to put in place contingency plans to recover from problems
Timely escalates issues to management for visibility and support in their resolution as needed
Main objectives:
Deliver on time all the initiatives under own scope
Deliver all the initiatives under own scope at target cost
Guide and coach the team to perform their activities in line with the standard operating model
Define and put in place appropriate contingency plans as needed
Essential:
Proven track record on managing projects and delivering on time, on cost and on quality
Proven experience in delivering projects as leader and member of a multi-functional team
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Project management experience
