You will be responsible for strengthening the planning & scheduling processes to improve and guarantee high customer satisfaction, including the management of goods delivery at clients’ premises. The role includes the supervision of three direct reports in logistics, scheduling, and planning. Your responsibilities Production Planning & Scheduling: Focus on the implementation of a robust planning process, interfacing with commercial teams, intercompany customers, and stakeholders, and coordinating capacity planning and material availability, in cooperation with the Operation team to define and optimize weekly production schedules. Customer Service & Collaboration: Act as a focal point with customers and internal teams to check and align operational capabilities with customer expectations. Material Planning & Inventory Management: Execute and analyze MRP, ensuring logistics parameters in the ERP system are reviewed and be accountable for inventory targets. Logistics & Supply Chain Optimization: Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics performance, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Performance Monitoring & KPIs: Develop and maintain supply chain performance dashboards, including KPIs such as delivery performance, supplier service level, and inventory levels. Your experiences Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management. Experience: Solid experience in Supply Chain Management, with a special focus on customer relationships and satisfaction. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in Italian and English. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
