Angelini Pharma is looking for a brilliant candidate to fill the position as Epilepsy Account Specialist - Lazio.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Managing key therapeutic area accounts, in a complex multi-regional environment:Guaranteeing an adequate promotional effort, according to Company’s expectationsNavigating through hospitals and referral networks, mapping relevant stakeholders within each AccountOutlining overall Account needs as well as individual stakeholder needsMaking Account plan for each account managed, to assure appropriate use of Angelini’s products and demandSupport market access related activities in accordance with the segregation of duties modelWorking closely with key therapeutic area Accounts, identifying opportunities for partnership programsDeveloping relationships with relevant Stakeholders:Representing Angelini as a Company towards the various relevant professional stakeholders within the therapeutic area space and establish Angelini’s commitment in medical treatmentBuilding relationships with all relevant stakeholders within defined territory through regular ongoing interactions, in accordance with legal and regulatory requirementsLeverage all available channels (traditional and digital) ensuring a full multichannel orchestration, tailored on customer’s needsCross collaborationWorking closely with Medical, Marketing, Access, and other personnel to enhance physician scientific medical education & training on Angelini’s productsSupporting internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of the Account planIntegrating insights from other field roles to co-create projects and solutions, improving impact of activities on managed AccountSharing strategies regarding the progress of the above mentioned activities, in internal cross-functional teamsREQUIREMENTS:Previous experience, of at least 5 years, as Sales Rep (Hospital / Account Management experience is mandatory)Scientific Degree (as per L. 219/2017)Can do attitude and proactive problem solving skillsNoticeable learning agility, to deepen knowledge on new therapeutic areas, to be able to communicate effectively with the relevant stakeholdersExcellent in business acumen, to develop and implement plans to maximize performance and achieve short- and long-term resultsAdvanced patient centric mindset to develop compelling, end to end patient propositions in his / her Stakeholders relationshipsStrong organizing and planning skills to carefully plan the actions and resources available based on the goals to be achievedRobust cross functional collaboration attitude, to ensure effective cross functional engagement and generate innovative ways of working to drive business resultsAbility to read scientific papers and business presentations also in EnglishAbility to gather, rationalise, use customer/account insights to develop/execute product value proposition with confidence to clinical customers & drive business planAbility to convert clinical data into patient/customer ‘emotional’ benefitsAbility to shape the brand - successfully promote the benefits of the brand (using fair balance messages and the appropriate mix of promotional tools) perceived to be different and will satisfy unmet needsAbility to drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts meet or exceed expectations while managing assigned budgetsAbility to design and implement business presentation, also through a proficient use of excel and power point
