Job Description:
We are seeking a Financial Analysis & Reporting Specialist to join our FP&A team in the multinational healthcare logistics company.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Controlling within a multinational environment and demonstrate exceptional analytical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive financial performance analyses, identifying variances across actuals, forecasts, and budgets.
* Monitor and analyze operational costs to support business units in identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
* Develop and manage periodic performance reports for senior management, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
* Analyze customer and warehouse profitability to inform strategic initiatives.
* Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts, aligning with corporate objectives and timelines.
* Collaborate closely with Accounting and other departments to ensure data integrity and consistency.
* Engage with primary stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations that drive business growth.
* Support the Transportation and Logistic BU in Italy, ensuring financial accuracy and visibility for business decisions.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial Controlling, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting within a multinational context.
* Proficiency in Oracle Cloud or similar accounting systems and advanced Excel skills; experience with integrated reporting systems connected to Oracle Cloud is highly desirable.
* Fluent Italian (mandatory) and strong English skills (B2 level or higher).
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
