Service Contract Manager
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and organizing service contracts;
* Coordinating, implementing, and optimizing service contracts;
* Leveraging multiple projects simultaneously;
* Serving as the client's representative within our organization;
* Ensuring a balanced approach between price, technology, and quality of service to benefit our customers;
* Providing exceptional services and cultivating long-term business relationships with our customers;
* Coordinating and guaranteeing equipment suppliers' services;
* E nsuring seamless transitions from project to service;
* Monitoring compliance with Labor Risk Prevention laws and Industrial Safety regulations;
* Maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements:
We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications and experience:
* Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering;
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an industrial or logistics technical environment;
* Ability to work effectively in an international setting, particularly within a project-based organization;
* Proficiency in English (C1), both verbally and in writing;
* Willingness to travel for approximately 30% of working time, primarily within Italy.
