Every day, more than 80,000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.The Project Quality Manager is in charge of ensuring project quality and safety assurance, and coordinating all quality and safety activities throughout the project, ensuring consistency between the project QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) objectives and the Customer's satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesCustomer and managementBe the interface with the Customer quality and safety teamsDefine and monitor correct execution of the project quality planEstablish the Project Quality plan and ensure the proper applicationSupport the project teams mainly the PM to prepare gate reviews follow up related action plansReport quality and safety alertsEnsure quality of the modifications made during the projectEnsure REX process within the projectEnsure that safety assessment is correctly implemented (ie: safety review) and prepare safety authorization.Control project deliverables compliance through inspection and audits - to authorize presentation / delivery to customerSupport quality check and audit on field.ImproveManage Non conformities and Safety issues and animate problem solving during project execution phase to reduce the costs of non-qualitySupport root cause analysis of additional Baseline / Gate review NOGO / 8D to identify preventive actionsMeasure and improve project quality performanceImprove the efficiency of quality teams to reduce the function costsAlstom is committed to creating a diverse international working environment that reflects the future of our industry, our clients, and end-users.
