Purpose of the Job
Manage Supply Chain performance from purchasing to installation.
Position in the Organization
Organization Structure
In order to achieve Supply Chain mission, the scope includes the following activities:
* Material Planning & Orders Placing in coordination with Project to ensure interfaces with suppliers are planned for on-time order placing and Inventory (when relevant) in coordination with Project to plan material needs and reduce global inventories. MRP control to ensure integrity of data needed to run MRP.
* Logistics to manage the physical material flow (transport, customs, goods reception, warehousing, construction replenishment, shipping, waste management).

Hierarchically: Operation Manager
Network & Links
Interface to project and suppliers: Sourcing, Operations fields, Project Management, Project Planning, Engineering, Finance.
Participate and contribute to Systems and Infrastructure Supply Chain network.
Mission
Objectives
* Decrease inventories in project with budget (when relevant).
* Improve Supply Chain costs competitiveness.
* Inventory accuracy.
* Improve Supplier Delivery Performance and develop Supplier Relations.
Measurement
* Internal/External OTIF – Missing parts.
* Inventory Accuracy.
* Manage Inventories in coordination with Project and Supply Chain network.
* Manage Logistics (Warehouses, Transport, Customs) in coordination with Project.
* Organize the supply chain of the site to ensure project satisfaction (material availability), while contributing to profitability improvement in terms of inventory and Supply Chain costs.
* Deploy the processes/IT tools in coordination with IT team.
* Participate in monthly QCD.
Candidate Requirements
Educational Requirements
* University Degree (engineering, economics).
* 5 years Supply Chain operational experience or 3 to 8 years of experience (Project, Sourcing, Engineering, Quality...).
Desired Knowledge / Experience
* Master’s Degree in Supply Chain or Business Management.
* Good understanding of production and logistics processes within an international industrial company.
* SAP knowledge.
* Interest in technical field.
* Ability to work in a matrix environment.
* Operational effectiveness / Accountability.
* Ability to challenge, results-oriented.
* Rigorous and structured.
* International mindset and fluent in English.
