Activation Manager - Italian Market (Based in Milan and willing to travel)
What You’ll Do
Content Creation & Management
Develop and deliver engaging, high-quality content (social posts, stories, videos, interactive formats) for both paid and organic channels, tailored to the Italian market. You will be the face of Impress Italy on our social channels
Collaborate on content briefs and scripting, including the localization of global assets to ensure cultural relevance and brand alignment.
Manage in-clinic content production alongside the medical team—capturing before-and-after cases, patient stories, and video/photo shoots. Ensure proper handling of patient agreements.
Identify, curate, and amplify user-generated content to enhance brand authenticity across paid and organic touchpoints.
Execute end-to-end content creation, including shooting and editing videos optimized for each platform.
Build and maintain relationships with external content creators to scale production and ensure diverse creative output.
Stay ahead of cultural and digital trends to implement innovative content formats, challenges, and viral campaigns.
Social Media Strategy & Campaign Activation
Collaborate with the global social media manager to develop and localize a social media calendar aligned with Italian market goals.
Partner with the creative team to ensure visually compelling and on-brand content across all social platforms.
Leverage data-driven insights to refine social media strategies, optimizing content for performance and engagement.
Work closely with the Italian Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure social activations align with broader business objectives.
Analyze and identify friction points in the user activation journey to minimize drop-offs and enhance conversions.
Community Management
Oversee daily engagement across social platforms, delivering timely, brand-aligned responses that foster community growth.
Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improved communication.

Your Experience:
Experience: 3+ years in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns.
Expertise: Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook) and emerging digital trends. Proven track record of creating engaging content, both behind and in front of the camera.
Language Skills: Native-level Italian and high proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus!).
Technical Skills: Proficient in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Figma) and social media management platforms (e.g., Brandwatch).
Creative Mindset: Strong eye for engaging content, with the ability to adapt strategies for different platforms and audiences.
