Job Description:
Humangest Spa is searching for an important client company that designs, produces, and distributes high-quality materials for footwear, accessories, and functional apparel. We are looking for a Sales Operations Executive and Business Analyst to work from a home office with a 20% travel requirement to all 3 Italian sites.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support Sales Teams and Customer Service Teams in timely and accurate pre-sales, during-sales, and after-sales activities.
2. Address concerns collaboratively with relevant teams to ensure smooth business transactions.
3. Extract information from ERP and Excel files and prepare data analysis to support sales and customer service needs.
4. Maintain up-to-date and accurate data to support timely and efficient customer service.
5. Support operational strategies aligned with Commercial and Customer Service teams for sustainable business growth.
6. Align with key stakeholders and support growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
7. Collaborate with other functional teams to implement regulations and policies.
8. Support S&OP process and participate in monthly sales demand planning meetings to ensure timely availability of materials for customer orders.

Education and Professional Experience:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations or customer services.
2. Familiar with ERP systems e.g., LN, Sage, and Baan, as well as customer ordering systems.
3. Proficiency in systems and software applications like Excel, Word, and SAP.
4. Strong analytical skills.
5. Able to work in operational tasks, such as managing customer, price, and product information in ERP systems.
6. Good interpersonal & communication skills.
7. Proactive and able to work independently under pressure with high accuracy.
8. Excellent proficiency in English with a good command of Italian.
9. Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels.
10. Demonstrated growth mindset and ability to apply data-driven insights.
11. Capable of working in a competitive, demanding, and time-critical environment.
12. Proven ability to follow up thoroughly and attention to detail while keeping the broader project goals in sight.
13. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; ability to grasp complex information and simplify it.
14. Degree in Business Administration or equivalent knowledge acquired through professional experience.
15. Fluency in additional European languages, preferably French or German.
16. Knowledge of industrial/manufacturing business model and structure.
