The Position
In this role, your main responsibilities will be as follows:
* Serve as the primary liaison between the production site and the PS PM IT Security Group, ensuring alignment on security measures and practices.
* Develop, implement, and monitor IT security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (GxP, GDPR).
* Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and risk management activities to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation measures.
* Lead user education and awareness initiatives to foster a culture of IT security and ensure employees understand best practices.
* Act as the focal point for IT security-related audits and inspections, coordinating responses and presenting the site’s compliance status.
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you have a master’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field coupled with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Corporate IT/OT Security, with a strong understanding of both IT and OT environments.
In addition, you have:
* Relevant security certification, such as CISSP or equivalent, demonstrating expertise in IT security practices.
* Proven experience working in a GxP environment, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
* Proficiency in English and Italian language, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
About The Department
The IT Anagni department is responsible for supporting IT systems and IT network and infrastructure. Located at our Anagni Site, the department focuses on both business end user PCs and Manufacturing systems assuring that these operate as per their design, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and contributing to process improvement initiatives. Join us and be part of a collaborative team dedicated to excellence in manufacturing operations. You will join a team of 10 fantastic professionals in various roles reporting directly into the IT site manager. The team has SMEs for Network, IT infrastructure, IT/OT systems, Automation systems, ERP, Quality systems, Logistic, Compliance and Data Integrity.
