Important reference company in Italy and abroad, manufacturer of wheel loaders and chain harvesters, is seeking a "Post-Sales Service Engineer" figure.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing customer relationships, particularly in the post-sales phase;
* Delivering machines to customers, providing instructions on their operation;
* Managing product warranties sold to customers;
* Managing and controlling spare parts for repairing or maintaining machine functionality;
* Providing technical support to sales teams;
* Updating the spare parts catalog and technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Post-Sales Customer Management
The Service Engineer Post Vendita will be responsible for managing customer relationships, particularly in the post-sales phase. This includes ensuring timely delivery of machines, providing necessary instructions for operation, and addressing any customer concerns.
Spare Parts Management
The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing and controlling spare parts for repairing or maintaining machine functionality. This includes updating the spare parts catalog and technical documentation.
Technical Support
The Service Engineer Post Vendita will provide technical support to sales teams, ensuring that they have the necessary information to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive sector.
Languages
Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
Education
Preferrably a technical diploma or engineering degree.
Skills
Excellent proficiency in IT systems, particularly Excel.
