About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Receivable Team Manager to join our global quality assurance and risk management company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a sizable team spanning several countries, including talent management, recruitment, and effective stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a team of 10+ people across multiple countries
* Overseeing financial and administrative activities towards clients and team members
* Coordinating invoicing activities in Italy and 1-2 additional countries
* Talent management, recruitment, and stakeholder management
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 2-4 years' experience in leading a team
* Experience with invoicing systems such as Oracle Finance
* Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness of working cross-border and in a matrix organization
* Professional experience in a financial environment
* Native Italian language skills – both written and verbal
* Advanced English skills – both written and verbal
* Recruitment experience & focus on retention
* Ability to manage stakeholders at various levels
Preferred Skills
* Spanish or French fluency is a plus
Work Arrangement
This is a permanent, full-time position. You will spend 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home based in Vimercate, Lombardia, Italy.
