We are seeking a reliable and highly motivated Graphic & Digital Marketing Specialist to support our Research & Marketing team. The role is pivotal in managing the visual identity of the brand, developing content for the website, social channels (in particular LinkedIn), newsletters, brochures, and presentations. The ideal joiner has: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing & digital communication or related field; 4 to 5 years of related work experience; Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Skills (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator); Expert-level in Microsoft package (Word, Excel, Onedrive, Sharepoint) and excellent in PowerPoint; Advanced experience in LinkedIn management; Video editing and editing on Premiere (considered a plus); Portfolio of projects to share with us (please include it in your CV); Italian language knowledge is a must; English language proficiency is also required (at least C1). What you will be responsible for? Graphic Design 60%: Prepare graphic design and develop content for digital and physical communication; Develop graphic content for newsletters, advertising campaigns, and social media; Manage graphics and related content for social media, primarily LinkedIn; Design and optimize maps and infographics for all platforms; Produce video editing, photography, animated graphics, and other electronic multimedia; Support business lines in tenders with graphic and web design work; Design and realize stands and coordinated promotional material for trade fairs and events; Participate in team brainstorming/concept development sessions; Take creative inputs from management and clients to adjust design-based work; Adhere to project deadlines and provide status updates to management; Maintain technical knowledge in graphic design and emerging trends; Contribute to team effort by helping with other projects as needed. Digital Marketing 40%: Identify target market, maintain brand image and awareness, promoting marketing campaigns for the internet and digital technologies; Increase brand awareness and promote company services; Use internal tool for email marketing; Analyze and report channel-specific KPIs.
