Requirements and Skills:
* Culinary Expertise: Proficient cooking skills and in-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines.
* Experience: Previous experience working in a professional kitchen, preferably in a similar role or as a Demi Chef de Partie.
* Creativity: Ability to contribute ideas and create new dishes while maintaining consistency with the restaurant's concept and standards.
* Teamwork: Collaborative attitude and effective communication skills to work cohesively with other kitchen staff.
