This is an opportunity to design and craft an extensive range of fermented foods for our Michelin-starred Saporium restaurant, blending traditional techniques with innovative gastronomy.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the Fermentation Lab team to create unique, high-quality fermented dishes
* Develop recipes and menus that showcase the benefits of fermentation and circular cuisine
