Who are we looking for?

✔️ Skilled in traditional Italian pizza-making techniques

✔️ Fluent in Italian and proficient in English communication

✔️ Passionate about high-quality ingredients & authentic flavors

✔️ Excited for a new adventure abroad!

Additional Requirements:

* 10 years of total experience preferred (will accept a minimum of 5 years for pizza chef/server roles only)
* 3 years of experience at one location is required
* We understand visa-related movement, but expect at least one stretch of 3 years in a role
* Experience in 4-star restaurants and above is required
* Any experience in a Michelin-star restaurant is a huge plus
* Culinary degree required for Chef / Finishing school or relevant certification preferred for GM
* GM preferences (if applying for GM roles):
* Experience with MICROS POS systems
* Experience in payroll processing
* Experience in purchasing/sourcing
