As a Senior Construction Planner, you will be responsible for the development and management of project schedules, ensuring that all aspects of the project are delivered on time and within scope. You will use a critical path method to build detailed schedules that include milestones, timelines, and key project activities. The role also involves working closely with project teams to ensure all responsibilities and ownership are clearly defined through a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). Key Responsibilities: Create comprehensive project schedules that reflect the full project scope, milestones, and timelines, using critical path methodology. Ensure clear ownership and accountability for all project outcomes by employing Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) principles. Ensure that the schedule aligns with the project execution plan, particularly in relation to procurement, contracting, and project control strategies. Establish and manage a method for the baseline of schedules, ensuring regular updates are performed. Oversee the fully integrated project schedule, ensuring that it is structured for review at various levels of detail. Collaborate with key project partners to negotiate and mediate timelines and interdependencies, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Provide regular updates on the progress of the project schedule. Review external schedules to ensure adherence to best practices in scheduling. We would love to hear from you if you have: Developed strong planning and scheduling skills throughout your career. Experience within the Pharmaceutical industry. Proven experience with quantitative risk assessment (QRA), with the ability to interpret and effectively communicate findings to key stakeholders. Hands-on experience using Primavera P6 planning software to create and manage project schedules. A degree or equivalent experience in project management or construction. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. A passion for working in dynamic environments, with the ability to manage your own priorities and meet deadlines.
