Responsibilities
* Previous experience in 2nd Level IT Support
* Familiar with ticketing systems
* Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
* Good English and fluent Italian
You will be directly onsite with our customers and working on incoming tickets:
* Setting up PC workplaces
* Installations, migrations, and rollouts
* User administration via Active Directory
* User support with MS Office, Windows, and other software issues
* Providing creative solutions and a service-oriented approach to users.
Location: Spinetta Marengo (Alessandria) - fully onsite.
Employment contract: 1-year fixed-term (with the possibility to turn it into permanent).
