**DISTRICT MANAGER – FASHION BUSINESS AND TEAM COACH FOR CALZEDONIA**
We are seeking a results-driven District Manager to join our Calzedonia team. As a key leader, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between brand strategy and in-store execution.
You will work closely with store teams, using your analytical mindset and storytelling skills to drive business growth through data-driven decisions.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in fashion retail, a deep understanding of the retail business landscape, and the ability to navigate it effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
* Analyzing sales data to identify trends and insights
* Owning the customer journey from first impression to brand loyalty
* Selling and teaching selling techniques to coach teams on how to connect with customers
* Bringing the omnichannel concept to life by ensuring a seamless experience across online and offline touchpoints
* Being the voice of the brand by translating company strategy into daily store operations
* Optimizing stock and assortment to ensure stores always have what customers want
This role requires a proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a growth mindset. Strong English language skills and a valid driver's license are also essential.
