ThermoFisher Scientific Warehouse Documentation Operator in Ferentino, Italy Work Schedule: Other Environmental Conditions: Warehouse Job Description Position Title: Warehouse Documentation Operator Function/Department: Warehouse Version: 001 Position Purpose/Responsibilities: The Warehouse Documentation Operator will ensure the achievement of our quantity and quality objectives through the effective application of department procedures and customer documentation. You will work with a collaborative team, adhering strictly to schedules and safety regulations, to successfully implement our company's goals. Specific Tasks/Primary Activities: Collaborate with the Supply Chain to optimize shipment and arrival scheduling. Collaborate with couriers to manage and improve daily receiving and shipping activities. Move materials, including raw materials, products, and samples, during receiving/shipping and picking/placing in warehouse locations. Acquire all necessary documentation and information to complete incoming and outgoing transactions. Check and complete documentation packages for receiving/shipping goods. Enter Goods Receipt Notes for incoming materials into the system. Prepare and ship materials and samples according to current procedures. Report any anomalies related to forklifts and freezers/cold rooms to the supervisor and technical services. Collaborate in the internal movement of materials between warehouses. Request returns of materials from external warehouses within necessary timeframes. Prepare and send materials and returns to external warehouses with relevant documentation. Perform picking activities and subdivision of lots as requested. Support daily verification of reports, including temperature, humidity, and chart recorders. Apply general site, safety, quality, and specific warehouse procedures. Provide feedback for drafting reports to monitor important metrics. Collaborate in identifying and implementing operational simplifications. Support waste and blocked materials management according to procedures. Perform physical counts for internal and customer-requested inventories. Accurately perform SAP and PMX transactions to ensure physical/accounting alignment. EHS Duties and Responsibilities: Supervisors lead all aspects of work activities within their proficiencies and responsibilities, adopting necessary measures to safeguard the environment, health, and safety of workers. They ensure work is organized and performed according to safety standards, aligning with the Workers' Health or equivalent experience and Safety and Environmental Management System requirements.
