JOB DESCRIPTION - As a Territory Manager on our GENERAL SURGERY team, you will be able to offer your customers a full range of products and solutions with a high technological profile. In your role, you will work closely to your Regional Sales Manager and you will be responsible of promoting and selling our General Surgery product portfolio to both private and public customers in the assigned territory. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Implement the strategy identified for the territory through the application of appropriate commercial actions, identifying and developing new business opportunities with the aim of reaching and exceeding the turnover and profit targets. Interface with key decision makers, guaranteeing the technical/commercial support necessary to satisfy the customer and maximize sales. Carry out product promotion activities in order to increase business and contribute to the award of contracts and tenders in their area of competence. Know and manage the tender process in its entirety, from the pre-tender phase to the post-tender phase, involving the various departments concerned at the appropriate times (Regional Sales Manager, Marketing, Logistics, etc.). Use and update the CRM on a daily basis, ensuring the correct monitoring of projects and constant alignment of the systems to the actual progress of work. Carry out installations and commissioning. Hold seminars and demos on client premises. Collaborate in new product launches in the field.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS - Degree in scientific disciplines or equivalent, 3-5 years of experience in outside medical device sales. Proven track rack record of meeting or exceeding quota and growth. Good command of written and spoken English
