You support and assist with various HR topics with focus on labor law issues and recruitment for our two Italian locations. You manage the time recording and payroll systems, including processing and maintenance of data. You manage stakeholder and customer relationships, take care of the calendar of our Managing Director and prepare reports, presentations, and events. You handle confidential information, efficient communication, and administrative support for our Italian sites. Your profile – What do You bring as HR Assistant & Assistant to Managing Director? You have a university degree or equivalent training and have first years of professional experience in human resources, as well as in-depth knowledge of Italian labor law. You know Italian labor law very well and know how to apply it on a daily basis. You enjoy working in an international environment and with colleagues at other Siegwerk sites. You communicate effectively at different levels, fluent in both Italian and English, and are able to build a trusting relationship with our employees and managers.
