WE APPRECIATE IN OUR EMPLOYEES:
• 3 years of working experience in the Retail area, focused on sports/fashion, with advanced sales experience and solid knowledge of product and store procedures
• Minimum experience of 2 years in an operational position
• Intermediate level math skills and advanced verbal communication skills (possible additions based on market needs).

YOUR ACTIVITIES:
Contribute to the profitability of the store:
• By actively engaging in ensuring the achievement and surpassing of the store's performance and KPI objectives
• Coordinating, in agreement with the Manager, the team members to offer customers an excellent shopping experience
• Implementing, promoting and reviewing the ways of working based on the "Stockroom Playbook" with the operational guidelines support of HOR, in order to comply with the provisions of the brand, to achieve the greatest benefit for the team itself and the company store, by using store systems such as: GK, Fiori, Reps and all the other adidas tools
• Acting as a point of contact in matters related to business continuity and carry out the pertinent actions to support, advise and guide in terms of problem resolution
• By actively managing all the Stockroom processes and constantly reporting all risks to the Store Manager, prevent and minimize the impact of Stock loss on the store profitability
• Regularly organizing and conducting all the stock-related activities (such as Cycle Counts, Damage write off, Staff uniforms write off, Open carton check, Complaints ecc.) in order to maximize the stock accuracy
• By actively engaging in ensuring the achievement and surpassing of the store's OmniChannel objectives (e.a. SFS, C&C and EA if applicable)
• Monitor and analyse performance data and, in agreement with your manager, take the necessary actions to drive commercial success.
• In agreement with the Manager, manage resources and organize processes and activities within the stockroom to ensure efficiency and productivity, in line with the company philosophy.
• Be a role model for Customer Service and for the ability to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• In agreement with the Manager, supervise and coordinate the team to ensure that all customers always receive an excellent level of Customer Service.
• In agreement with the Manager, lead the team to meet and exceed customer expectations in every situation.
• Prove to be an excellent Brand Ambassador, constantly acting according to the company philosophy and Brand Values.
• Use in-depth knowledge of product categories to maximize sales and build customer loyalty.
• In agreement with the Manager, guide and train the team members on the Brand, the products and the procedures
• Coordinate, in agreement with the Manager, the team members to ensure the constant application and compliance with the standards of Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication in the store.
• In agreement with the Manager, manage the deliveries of goods quickly and on time.
• In agreement with the Manager, ensure that the warehouse is constantly organized and ensure the correct restocking of the store so that the entire range of products is available on the sales floor and easily found by customers.
• Implement and comply with all the procedures expressed by the PRP / SOM manual and by current legislation.
• Maintain a safe and productive working and shopping environment.
• Participate in the selection, induction and training of team members.
• In agreement with the Manager, train and motivate team members to maximize their performance.
• Complete the assigned training programs and effectively apply the knowledge acquired during work.
• Always be interested in learning and use the Manager's coaching and the opportunities available to improve performance.
