VICE STORE MANAGER
Description and Characteristics of the Position:
The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in the complete management of the sales processes and operations of the store, aimed at improving sales and resources.
To achieve sales objectives through the development of resources, their involvement, and creating a participatory climate, through the search and proposal of commercial stimuli and attention to customers.
Role and Responsibilities:
Through an adequate training path as needed, it will be responsible for:
- planning the work shifts of the team;
- evaluating personnel in terms of performance;
- analyzing sales data and intervening to improve results;
- ensuring compliance with procedures;
- managing the cash desk (payments, relations with headquarters, funds/cashbox);
- encouraging sales;
- taking care of the image and cleanliness of the premises;
- applying marketing initiatives;
- paying attention to customer communication.

Requirements to Participate in Selections:
* Leadership skills
* Prior experience in the GDO sector
* Good decision-making and analytical skills based on data/KPIs
* Able to motivate and inspire the team, strong relationship-oriented attitude and marked tendency to take care of others
* Degree in secondary education or university degree
