Specialista Senior / Project Manager Project Leader Engineering Eurochiller Srl, part of the Atlas Copco Group, is a leading European designer and manufacturer of customized and standard chillers and thermoregulation units, with a specific focus on plastic applications, featuring full in-house design, assembly, and testing activities. The company has two fully-certified production sites located in northern Italy and Slovakia. Job Description In this role, you will be a team member acting as a project manager for projects from concept to production. As project manager, you are the ultimate responsible for the projects, including the technical aspects. You will report the overview and status of the projects to the R&D Manager. Key Responsibilities Project Management: Based on functional needs, create project specifications. Define tasks for team members, develop a comprehensive project plan, and coordinate activities. Safeguard costs, budget, and timing as per project follow-up meetings with management. Ensure product quality by adhering to project steps from concept to product. Support and motivate team members throughout the product development process. Technical Execution: Ensure technical cohesion during design phases. Maintain good communication with other departments for design optimization. Coordinate and analyze test programs with test engineers. Analyze component concepts and functional modules. Manage the technical file, ensuring it is current and consistent. Use technical expertise to contribute to the team. Promote continuous improvement in product development and engineering processes. Experience Requirements Experience in a design and development environment is a plus. Experience in project management and team coordination is a plus. Experience with chiller technology is a plus. Fluent in English and good command of Italian. General technical knowledge, with an affinity for thermodynamics, mechanical design, and calculations/simulations. Knowledge of Matlab, Excel, or other calculation tools is a plus. Educational and Personality Requirements University degree in Engineering, preferably Master's in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering, or equivalent through experience. Can-do mentality, strong drive, and self-motivation. Autonomous, communicative, and result-oriented. Analytical mindset with attention to accuracy. Decisive in challenging situations, considering risks and responsibilities. Team player.
