Your duties will include menu planning, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also collaborate with other departments to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.Requirements:Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of international cuisine
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
Fluency in English and Italian; knowledge of another language is a plus
