Further from nurturing an existing network of relations with entrepreneurs and local advisors, the professional will promote the development of contacts and the sophistication, strategic wise, of the relationship with clients with the prospicient aim of originating deals in the covered product area: M&A, ECM and structured finance.
The person will coordinate his activity with the local commercial banking division, with the relevant execution desks and, if need be, with the other regional origination teams.
She/He will also have the responsibility of addressing and advising the local commercial banking structures on the marketing strategy aimed at bringing ISP overall investment banking services to match the client’s needs.
Overall, the ideal professional will hold high empathy and commercial skills with a proactive approach to deals.
10+ years in Investment Banking practice (M&A/ECM)
* advanced knowledge of M&A practice
* good understanding of ECM market
* good understanding of structured finance procedures
* empathic and pro-active approach to clients anticipating and envisioning their needs
* ability to coordinate a multitasking team
* willingness to travel 2/3 days per week
