Key Responsibilities
* Seller Support & Relationship Management:
o Act as the primary point of contact for marketplace sellers, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
o Provide prompt and kind assistance to sellers, demonstrating high availability and empathy.
* Marketplace Operations & Technical Assistance:
o Support sellers with product details management, updates, and corrections on the platform.
o Utilize webmaster skills to make product-related changes and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
o Collaborate with the technical team to address and resolve complex seller concerns.
* Marketing Collaboration & Promotions:
o Work with sellers to propose and develop effective digital promotions to boost sales.
o Liaise with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and track their effectiveness.
o Share campaign performance insights with sellers and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
* Reporting & Insights:
o Prepare and deliver regular reports to sellers on their performance, including sales, promotions, and operational updates.
o Provide actionable insights to help sellers optimize their product listings and sales strategies.
Requirements
* Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role within a marketplace environment, particularly in supporting sellers.
* Strong technical skills, with experience in web management, product listing updates, and troubleshooting.
* Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including online promotions and performance tracking.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and collaborate with diverse teams (technical, marketing, and sellers).
* Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data and generating actionable insights.
* Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
* Professional English (C1-C2); multilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.
