Mission RINA is looking for a motivated Senior Consultant specialising in Corporate & Project Finance to join the Corporate Finance & Strategy Consulting Team. The Corporate Finance & Strategy Consulting Team delivers economics & finance and strategy-related consulting services such as Commercial and Financial Due Diligence, Subsidized Finance (e.g., Innovation Fund, IPCEI, CEF, etc.), Business Planning & Financial Modelling, and Data Analytics. We deal with large companies, investment banks, and development banks. Key Accountabilities As Senior Consultant specialising in Corporate & Project Finance, you will work as part of a team, serving clients from several industries, helping them to develop projects and transactions related to innovation and decarbonization. You will be involved in Commercial Due Diligence, Forecasting, Market Analysis, and Cost-Benefit Analysis engagements, providing clients with in-depth market and financial insights. Education Master’s Degree in Business Administration Finance Management Qualifications Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management or similar, with a record of strong academic achievements. 3-5 years of work experience in management consulting firms or in similar roles in corporates. Previous experience in Commercial and Financial Due Diligence. Previous experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is considered a plus. Knowledge of Cost Benefit Analysis methodologies. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to work with large datasets. Advanced knowledge in Power BI is considered a plus. Very good command of the English language (written and spoken).
